摘要:

激光测高仪回波波形饱和现象普遍存在,却少有相关文献对其进行研究分析。本文针对饱和波形首先提出了一种结合回波波形峰度系数的波形饱和识别方法,并根据波形饱和对高斯拟合的影响,提出了基于高斯拟合波形形心位置差异的饱和波形误差改正方法,采用ICESat/GLAS(Ice,Cloud and Land elevation satellite/Geo-science Laser Altimeter System)在青海湖、纳木错、色林错采集的数据进行实验。结果表明,结合峰度的饱和识别方法可以对波形进行有效筛选,可发现GLAS遗漏的的饱和波形;本文算法可以有效改正波形饱和引起的测高误差,改正后数据误差均值为0.03m,大型湖泊区域可实现约0.05m的测高精度,明显优于GLAS提供的饱和改正结果。

Saturation Recognition and Error Correction of Satellite Laser Altimeter Echo Waveform
Abstract:

The phenomenon of echo wave saturation of laser altimeter is very common, but there are few related literatures studied and analyzed it. In this paper, a method for identifying saturated waveforms is proposed, which combines the kurtosis coefficient of echo waveforms. According to the influence of waveform saturation on Gauss fitting, a method for correcting saturated waveform errors based on the difference of centroid position of Gauss fitting is proposed.The experiment was first carried out with data collected by Qinghai Lake, Nam Co, Selin Co by ICESat/GLAS (Ice,Cloud and Land elevation satellite/Geo-science Laser Altimeter System). The results show that the saturated waveforms missing from GLAS can be effectively screened by the kurtosis saturation identification method, and the saturation correction algorithm can effectively correct the height measurement error caused by waveform saturation. After correction, the mean error of data is 0.03m, and the accuracy of measuring about 0.05m is clearly superior to the saturation correction provided by GLAS.The method proposed in this paper mainly analyses the waveform, and identifies the saturated waveform and calculates the saturated correction by calculating the kurtosis coefficient of the waveform and fitting the difference of the centroid position.The single waveform saturation data of lakes, bare land and polar ice sheets can be identified and corrected effectively.How to recognize and correct the saturated data of forest multi-waveform superposition remains to be studied.China will soon launch a domestic satellite carrying full-waveform laser altimeter. The number and accuracy of available laser points can be greatly increased by effectively correcting the saturated echo data, and more available data can be provided for various studies.The saturation recognition and correction algorithm proposed in this paper can also be applied to the saturation processing of echo data of domestic laser altimeter or provide research ideas for it
