矿山违法开采遥感信息的克立金插值

摘要:

近年来不合理的开发利用矿产资源一直是全球关注的问题,对违法开采矿产资源的时空特征研究显得尤为重要。为解决矿产资源违法开采信息获取难、精度低,数据零散、缺乏长时序的问题,也为克服违法开采信息间的结构特征和空间关系挖掘利用不充分的局限,提出了基于克立金空间插值结合遥感数据针对矿山违法开采进行时空特征分析的方法。以湖南省为研究区域,采用2010-2017年多平台、多时相、多光谱卫星遥感影像为数据源,结合采矿权数据,通过空间分析方法,提取了研究区矿山违法开采信息;利用克立金空间插值方法,建立了矿山违法开采的空间分布关系模型,构建了其空间分布关系,并进一步研究了矿山违法开采的时空特征。相比传统方法,提出的研究方法能客观、准确的提取了湖南省全域范围内2010-2017年间的违法矿山数据,8年共有违法开采矿山2815个,主要分布在湘南、湘西南地区,数量呈逐年波浪上升趋势,年均增长速率为23.77个/年;建立了比较准确的矿山违法开采空间关系模型,分析了矿山违法开采的时空特征。将克立金空间插值方法与遥感数据的有机结合,能客观、真实、准确、长时序的提取矿山违法开采信息,也能充分挖掘矿山违法开采信息之间结构特征,建立矿山违法开采信息间的空间关系,为深入研究矿山违法开采行为的时空特征提供了科学依据与理论基础。

Kriging Interpolation Analysis of Illegal Mining Remote Sensing Information
Abstract:

(Objective) Unreasonable development and utilization of mineral resources in recent years has always been a global concern, and research on the temporal and spatial characteristics of illegal mining of mineral resources is particularly important. In order to solve the problem of illegal acquisition of mining resources, low precision, scattered data and lack of long time series, it also proposes to interpolate based on Kriging space in order to overcome the structural characteristics of spatial mining information and the inadequacy of spatial relationship. Combined with remote sensing data, the method for analyzing the spatio-temporal characteristics of mine illegal mining. (Method) Taking Hunan Province as the research area, using multi-platform, multi-temporal and multi-spectral satellite remote sensing images as data sources in 2010-2017, combined with mining rights data, through the spatial analysis method, extracting mine illegal mining information in the study area; The Kriging matrix interpolation method establishes the spatial distribution relationship model of mine illegal mining, constructs its spatial distribution relationship, and further studies the temporal and spatial characteristics of mine illegal mining. (Results) Compared with the traditional method, the proposed research method can objectively and accurately extract the illegal mine data in the whole area of ??Hunan Province from 2010 to 2017. In 8 years, there are 2,815 illegal mining mines, mainly distributed in southern Hunan and southwest Hunan. The number is increasing year by year, with an average annual growth rate of 23.77 per year. A more accurate model of mine illegal mining spatial relationship is established, and the spatial and temporal characteristics of mine illegal mining are analyzed. (Conclusion) The organic combination of Kriging"s spatial interpolation method and remote sensing data can extract mine illegal mining information objectively, truthfully, accurately and with long time series. It can also fully exploit the structural characteristics between mine illegal mining information and establish mine illegal mining. The spatial relationship between information provides a scientific basis and theoretical basis for in-depth study of the temporal and spatial characteristics of mine illegal mining behavior.
