参数敏感性分析在遥感领域中的研究进展
摘要:

参数敏感性分析(Sensitivity Analysis, SA)是遥感散射/辐射模型、生态模型、水文模型不确定性研究的重要工具。本文梳理了遥感领域的生态、水文模型研究中,常用的敏感性分析方法,并总结了各方法的优缺点和适用条件。从识别关键参数、不确定性分析和参数优化三个方面,回顾了在遥感领域中参数敏感性分析的应用现状和研究进展。通过分析该阶段的研究现状,指出应该把参数敏感性,作为模型先验的知识并不断积累,未来研究中应该关注尺度效应、时空差异对敏感性的影响,同时,提高敏感性分析的计算效率,来适应未来的更加复杂的模型和迅速增长的数据量。

Research Progress in Parameter Sensitivity Analysis of Models in Remote Sensing Field
Abstract:

Parameter sensitivity analysis(SA) is an important research method for uncertainty analysis(UA), determine key parameters and parameters optimization in remote sensing, ecological and hydrological models. In this paper, the sensitivity analysis of ecological and hydrological research based on remote sensing is analyzed, and the main role of parameter sensitivity analysis in inversion and model is analyzed, that is, the identification of key parameters, uncertainty analysis and parameter optimization.The analysis methods commonly used in remote sensing ecological hydrology are reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions of each method are summarized. Reviewed in remote sensing inversion, ecological model, hydrological models and plant growth models of each sensitive method in the application status and research progress.puts forward the research framework and steps of hydrological model parameter sensitivity analysis, parameter sensitivity analysis should be performed as a priori knowledge, and future research should pay attention to in tempral and spatial differences of scale effect, influence on sensitivity, and improve computing performance to adapt to the ecological and hydrological model based on remote sensing in the future.
