摘要:

结合汶川地震灾害应急对影像地图的需求,针对灾区分县1:25 000和1:5000影像地图设计过程中的一些相关技术进行了试验和总结,为今后影像地图的设计与制作提供理论和方法上的参考.

Photomap producing for wenchuan earthquake disaster emergency
Abstract:

Photomap, as a kind ofmap that integrates themapwith the remote sensing image, has the advantages ofboth images and Line symbolmaps and is the composite ofmulti-source spatial data. As a formation ofmap produc,t image-rich detailed photomap can provide fast and practical geographic information formany industries and communities, and direct its current and potentialapplication in fields such as urban planning, infrastructure construction, disaster prevention andmitigation, environmental protection, agriculturalplanning, informationmanagementand nationaldefense. Therefore, it is essentialgeospatial information. TheWenchuan photomap productions need to use the photogrammetric information of the earthquake-stricken area and high-resolution satellite remote sensing images. Using the photogrammetry and remote sensing technology, itneeds to rapidly produce the orthoimages of the disasterareas, andmoderately overlay1∶50000core elements of the earthquake-stricken area to form sub-county wallphotomaps, the region-wide photomaps of1∶25,000-scale and the urban and regional focus photomaps of1∶5000-scale. It can provide geographic information services in a timely manner for post-disaster damage assessmen,t disastermonitoring and survey, planning, and post-disaster reconstructionwork. During the period ofdisaster emergency, according to the“producing aswell as the application”principle, in only amonth it has completed the production of98county photomaps of the95counties ofwhole coverage, the2653photomaps of1∶25,000scale covering95counties and the2114photomaps of1∶5000scale of key areas. They are being provided to the affected areas and governmentdepartments, and has played an important role in the analysis of the disaster assessmen,t planning, and post-disaste reconstructionwork.Comparingwith traditional types of ordinary maps, thematic maps and the comprehensivemaps, photomap has not only the features of the traditionalmap, using the computergraphics technology, butalso a large numberof remote sensing image processing technology. Ithas a new production requirement for the content structure, themeans of expression and the production process.
