水色遥感中偏振信息的研究进展

摘要:

介绍了目前水色遥感中,水面反射光的偏振特性及其应用与水体散射光的偏振特性及其应用的研究进展.着重分析了基于偏振原理的水面反射光的剥离、海面溢油偏振遥感探测与基于水体物质偏振信息的水质参数反演等几个问题的研究现状;总结了在水色遥感信息流中,大气偏振校正、气-水界面偏振描述、基于偏振水质遥感反演、传感器偏振响应标定等各个环节入射光与出射光的偏振改变与响应机制等几个关键问题.

Polarization Information of Ocean Color Remote Sensing
Abstract:

In this study, we try to mi prove the understanding ofpolarization ofsignal reflected bywatersurface andwith-\ninwaterbody forwhich an accurate knowledge isnecessary in remote sensing applications. Polarized characteristics of the\nreflected light abovewater surface and the scattered light inwaterbody togetherwith their applications in ocean color re-\nmote sensing are reviewed. Elmi ination of the sunglintand skyglint, and inversionmethodsofpolarized ocean color remote\nsensing are summarized in detai.l polarization of sunglint reflected by the sea surface is routinely used to extract informa-\ntion in remote sensing studies, such asoil spilldetection and remote sensing ofsea state. The firstand foremost thing is to\nelmi inate reflected light from water surface radiance for remote sensing ofsubsurfacemateria.l The scope and lmi itationsof\nthe efficiency ofBrewster s angle technique in elmi inating reflected light from water surface radiance is discussed forboth\nflat andwind roughened sea surface. Severalkey problems are pointed out, including atmospheric polarization correction,\nvector radiance transfer calculation, calibration of polarization sensitivity of sensor and polarization characteristics of the\nincident source abovewater surface, the polarization of roughened air-water surface andwaterbody. Some suggestions are\nput forward to mi prove the research ofpolarization information in ocean optics and ocean color remote sensing, such asde-\nvelopmentofpredictive numericalmodels for polarized underwater radiance distribution and quantification of the relation-\nship ofMuellermatrix and the concentration ofwater quality parameters.
